Jodi Arias Wants To Die

By now surely everyone is familiar with the Jodi Arias murder case or as I call it, the Mormon Murderess Case.  Since seeing this story recently aired on 20/20, I can't seem to stop seeing and hearing more and more of her atrocities. If I didn't know any better, I would swear this is a bad script from a made for TV movie.

Her defense team recently put her on the stand and attempted to paint a picture of the victim as a sexual deviant who used Arias for sexual favors.  As a hypocritical follower of a faith, which he forced her to convert to.  All of this might be true. If so, why didn't she just dump the guy and find someone new?

The latest incident to pop up on my radar; This "luna-chic" says she wants to die.  She doesn't want to get life.  She says her family has a long life expectancy and she is very healthy.  So she prefers the death penalty.

Excuse me, but is this the Ritz? Is she ordering ala carte? Or maybe she thinks she's at Burger King, where you can have it your way. Since when do the guilty get any say-so in their disposition?

Any day now I expect  to hear, she is mentally deranged and should be committed.  To which I say, Hell No! No insanity plea for Jodi Arias.  She wasn't insane when she stole her grandparents pistol.  She wasn't insane when she brought the weapon from California to Arizona.  And she wasn't insane when she took multiple pictures, before and after her crime.

I say, give her what she gave. I think in a case like this, where guilt is beyond a shadow of a doubt, this person should get everything she gave to her victim.  She stabbed him 29 times. Cut her 29 times.  She shot him. Shoot her too.  But don't let her die.  Let her suffer over a 10 year period and at a point unknown to her, execute her by the most painful means available. At the same time, you just might send a message and straighten out some other would-be capital criminals.
