Bradley Manning is a Traitor

I recently viewed the video below that is currently circulating on the internet.  It's entitled "I am Bradley Manning." There appears to be significant celebrity backing and civilian support for PFC Manning who has taken it upon himself to "whistle blow" about atrocities he observed in a combat zone.

Unfortunately, atrocities such as those PFC Manning observed occur in every military combat action. In some cases they are avoidable, in others they are not. In either case, there are procedures and regulations regarding how incidents should be reported. There is no "whistle blowing."

CNN's Big Night of Interviews

Anderson Cooper interviews a silhouetted Juror B-37           CNN AC 360
Monday July 15, 2013, CNN had a very big night with key figures from the Zimmerman Murder Trial. Anderson Cooper was granted the first interview with a member of the Zimmerman jury.  A silhouetted Juror B-37, who seemed overly sympathetic to Zimmerman, responded to questions and relayed her unique perspective on the trial and the verdict that was reached.

Response to "You Are Not Trayvon Martin"

Today, I read and listened to an article entitled “You Are Not Trayvon Martin” written by “Slate” blogger William Saletan.  The following are my remarks written in response.

Verdict In, Justice Questionable

The morning of July 14, 2013, Sabrina Fulton and Tracy Martin awoke knowing no justice had been achieved for the loss of their son, Trayvon Benjamin Martin.

After 16 hours of deliberation over two days, the verdict is in and George Zimmerman is a free man, absolved of all charges.

VERDICT WATCH!

“Really?  Seriously?”  Such was the mantra of the closing remarks as delivered from Mark O’Mara, defense attorney for accused murderer George Zimmerman.

Just a Little Speculation

The closing remarks in the George Zimmerman Murder trial began today.  State’s Attorney Bernie De La Rionda drew the responsibility to close, while John Guy drew rebuttal duties.  Anyone who has followed my narratives concerning this trial knows I have been uncomfortable with the bulk of effort put forth from the prosecution.  With the presentation of the prosecution's closing remarks, I am seeing a glimmer of hope in this case.

The Prosecution Has Rested, But Can We?

Day 9 in the presentation of the prosecution’s case produced significant controversy in the George Zimmerman murder trial.  One must keep in mind this was a critical point in the state’s case.  In wrapping up the presentation of evidence, they wanted to leave the jury with the strongest and most favorable case against George Zimmerman.

What's Up with the Prosecution?

I really need someone to tell me what’s going on with the prosecution in the Zimmerman case?  Am I the only one seeing the prosecution as being very poorly prepared? If the state was trying to throw this case, they couldn’t do a better job.

Doing Away With The "N" Word

Cracker, Nigger, Kike, Slope, Redneck, Nip, Zip, Wop, Wetback, Beaner, Mooly, and Chink are just a few of the racial slurs and insults which have inundated American society.  None of this is new. It’s been going on since before we were a nation.
